Catching up

haven updated this blog for a long time.. well here goes

Freshies night was last wed, and it was d first time i wear sleeveless to any event o.O
Anyway it was kinda a waste of money actually, i mean i paid rm 10 and there was NO FOOD!!!
all of us din eat anything b4 we went but d only thing we got from the event was a bottle of water and a bottle of HAIR REMOVAL CREAM.. what the??
And, it was basically like an assembly, with ppl singing songs and that's about it.
So me and my friends went out to some mamak stall (in our dresses and heels) to get food .. so sad..
But at least the last part of the prom was fun.. we voted best dressed a.k.a. freshie king and queen by screaming
and bcoz CIMPians are such crazy ppl, both the king and queen were from CIMP!! yay!
and after that we got to dance (like, clubbing style dancing) and it was actually fun! weee~~


But anyway, nothing special since then except for today & yesterday..
cz yesterday i went to 青团 for the first time and then overnight at the church there!
my pastor n church friends suggested it last week but since all my friends couldn't go, so i went myself... alone..
but it was soooo worth it!!

I got there, started playing with the piano when no one was looking and then suddenly
my church friends start asking me to be pianist, i dunno why but i automatically started to take down their song numbers and practice them ( i still thought they were joking)
in the end, i REALLY became the pianist for the fellowship that night and hey, it wasn't so bad.. =)

After that, we had 查经 together, and then choir practice afterwards.
They made me a soprano and the notes were soo freaking high (like high G!!) but i actually didn't go off-tune! i can't believe it too!!
choir finished at 11pm i think, then they asked me to go supper with them at some mamak stall.
laughed my head off with them during supper lol!! probably stayed there until past midnight XD
then went back to chat and sleep ( i have a cold now cz the air-cond there was too cold)

Becoming a shopaholic

Today was fun!
First thing in the morning watched bio video on mammals.. meerkats are sooo cute!

Went for lunch at some new shop which is really cheap and tasty XD
I found a 50% discount coupon for Papa John's Pizza on a table after function's class yay!!
Then after class went shopping with my friends for freshies night at pyramid
and halfway through used the coupon to buy pizza..
"simply cheese" pizza, oh man, soo good, i've never had a pizza so chuck full of CHEESE!
i bought the stuff for freshies night but still need to buy shoes tmr, dang, i spent so much money today i feel so guilty.. =(

After that my friends went home and i went to meet hui thin, michelle and wan ying to celebrate housemate's bday!! at papa john's... .again.. yeah i went there twice in a day..
And after dinner, made a fool of ourselves in front of pyramid..

1st Valentines here~~

First valentines day here.. and it still ROCKS TO BE SINGLE!! wee~~

well, went for dinner at "Ole-ole Bali" with friends and then movie afterwards.
The place was freaking packed with couples so it was lucky we were a group of 6 cz then we got our seats faster XD
Had the best grilled lamb there (photo below ^^) and some kind of indonesian drink called Barley Lime

then watched the movie I love hong kong, but in cantonese so i pretty much read all the subtitles..
which was hard, since we sat in the SECOND roll..
but still, very funny movie, you should watch it. :D




But to sum up what i've been doing since i got back to KL:

• went to Sunway Pyramid to shop,
• went to Melaka for a day trip with CIMPians, ooh that was really really fun (photos are on fb)
• took bio, add math & english OSSLT mock test
• went to get the best laksa ever at cheras on sunday
• discovered the best accessory shop ever! its "diva" omg.. MUST. GO. BACK.
• finally bought a mop & floor cleaner so my room is now squeaky clean yay!
